Vehicle Safe Loading – Your responsibilities
Ensuring vehicles are loaded safely is the responsibility of all individuals involved in the process of moving items from one place to another by motor vehicle, with or without a trailer. Subsequently enforcement of the law encompasses, planners, loaders, drivers, transport/fleet managers and directors. The DVSA, Police, Health and Safety Executive and the Environment Agency among others may become involved in a prosecution, if vehicles are incorrectly loaded or an accident occurs. https://www.drivingforbetterbusiness.com/articles/safe-loading-a-legal-update/
