Within scope loads – a term used to describe a load consisting of Dangerous goods (ADR) that exceeds the maximum permitted for relaxations. The driver of such vehicles have to hold an in date ADR license.

Out of scope loads – Drivers of vehicles do not have to hold an ADR licence but should have received ADR Awareness training
